I just found out, from going to the nerd website, that N.E.R.D is RELEASING A NEW ALBUM !. It drops SEPTEMBER 7 && its entitled "Nothing". Im so ready to hear that...I know the beats are gonna be hot and the lyrics are gonna be creative. Im pretty sure this album will be added to my music playlist, once it drops lol.

P.S. the N.E.R.D website is SICK...it gives you a hot cartoon intro, featuring some music playing...&& afterwards you can actually play a game, you pick which player you wanna be choosing between Pharrell, Chad or Shay. [Personally, i always choose to play with Pharrell, he makes noise when he jumps lol] DOPEEE.

Today, Drake was on 106 and Park along side Terrance, to help host the show...he answered fan questions and talked about some songs off his album that drops tomorrow. He also confessed that the song "Fireworks" ft. Alicia Keys was about singer Rihanna, responding about the "fling" or friendship they had. He says, it been a while since he meet a woman that made him feel "emotional". So he thought it was important that he let out his thoughts in his music...Near the end of the show, he brought out "Birdman"...which afterwards I didnt really care too much about...&& he also says that there will be a Lil' Wayne/Drake album, that will be worked on when Lil' Wayne is released.

*Drake's album will most definately hit #1 in its first week.

Well its wut i've been waiting for !. . .The new Cool Kids mixtape "Tacklebox" officially dropped today. . .it came a little late, but it was worth the wait !. . .Every song is DOOOOPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEE SO FAR !!!. . .omg, i cant even explain how effin hot this isshhh is my fav song so far has to be "Strawberry Girl" man this is too awesome !!!!.

-apparently Dom Kennedy wish he wudve received a better review for his new mixtape From the Westside wth Love. It seems the people at XXL thought that his cd should have only recieved a "L".
Here's alittle bit of what XXL thinks of his mixtape:

Still relatively new to the game, Kennedy begins by reintroducing himself. On the low-key intro, “In Memory Of,” he breaks down his rap persona and loftily compares his style to hip-hop royalty. “I don’t know a nigga that could scribe like this,” he raps, “and you ain’t probably heard nothin’ since Tribe like this.” On the sparsely-produced “1997,” he recalls his first drink, his first love and, most importantly, the first time he realized he had skills on the mic.

Personally, i love this mixtape, i also think it is a classic. it has such a new flavor, like something i havent heard from anyone. and his Cali accent is sexy ;). . .

In this video i agree completely with Dom. people who visit XXL on the regular is going to see this review and they shouldnt judge Dom off of what "ONE" opinion that was stated, they should take a listen for themselves.
